2. After registering with AHP, create an account with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. To create your account, you will need to use your Member ID number.
3. Once both accounts are created, you can access your ID card using the BCBSTX App. Visit the link below to learn more about your ID card.

All registered domestic undergraduate students enrolled in seven (7) or more credit hours, (three (3) or more credit hours during the summer) and all registered domestic graduate students enrolled in four (4) or more credit hours (3 in summer), interns, fellows and students working on their dissertation or thesis are eligible to enroll in this insurance plan on a voluntary basis.
